Lesson
Materials

Time estimate: 13 Minutes

Research reveals that mindfulness can help you develop greater resilience. Your brain needs to feel calm and safe so you can see clearly and problem-solve more effectively when faced with challenges.

In this lesson, you will free up your mind in preparation for purpose- and result-oriented actions. To reduce the noise in our brains we use the Rapid Change Planning method.

With a clear vision in mind and your compass set, you are able to focus on rapid actions.
