Course overview

Topic time estimate: 4 Minutes

Welcome to your course!

According to Tribe’s quarterly report on Change Management 84% of surveyed employees say that change is communicated poorly at their organisation.
Towers Watson change study highlighted that while 68% of senior managers say they understand why organisational change is happening, only 53% of middle managers really get the message, and no more than 40% of front-line managers understand the change.

Communicating change is about bringing everyone on the journey with you. When people stand beside you change management becomes far easier.

“Success takes care of itself when everyone moves forward together.”
