From your buckets, pick one area of most concern and create a Rapid Change Plan block.
- Write down the results: What do I really want? Turn wishes and dreams into precise and measurable goals (S.M.A.R.T.)
- Write down the purpose: What is my purpose? What are my reasons that this is a “must” not a “should”?
Cross-check with your vision board.
- Brainstorm the massive action plan: What do I need to do to achieve my goal in small steps?

Step 4: Assign a role
Assign a fun and empowering role to your RCP block.
This works on the idea that enjoyment boosts resilience. So, unleash your inner child and have some fun with your blocks, e.g. your ambitious prototype RCP lock is labeled with “wonder woman”.
